the primary duties of this role will be to support the financial and analytical processes for corporate departments at johnson controls.how you will do itassist with the preparation and analysis of the annual operating budgets and capital budgets for corporate functionsprepare monthly financial statements for the areas of responsibilityanalysis of monthly financial results to determine trendsassist cost center owners to ensure adherence to plan/forecasthelp budget owners understand their results and assist with finance/accounting questionspartner with rtr team on month end journal entriesassist in dispute resolution for intercompany charges for corporate functionspreparation of presentations for management staffcreation of new processes and improvements as required in constantly changing environmentperform other duties as assignedwhat we look forbachelor's degree in accounting or financefluent in englishhighly motivated and enthusiastic individual, with ability to adapt to changing environmentstrong analytical skills and research capabilitiesself-driven and organized; able to balance short and long-term deliverablesminimum 3 years of accounting/analysis experience in a large multi-national companybasic knowledge and understanding of intercompany accounting conceptsteam player with excellent communication skills requiredcommitment to excellent customer serviceexcellent microsoft excel, power point and word skills requiredsap/onestream experience preferredexhibits professional demeanor and emotional maturityjohnson controls does not request pregnancy or hiv testing as a requirement for admission, permanence or promotion.
