the field marketing manager will report to the senior director of marketing for latin america and is expected to execute demand generation, lead generation, and pipeline creation while driving business growth and brand presence in the region.key responsibilitiescreate a demand generation plan aligned with strategic growth initiatives, optimize the regional marketing mix, and maximize roi.accelerate business growth through innovative field marketing programs focused on the end-to-end customer journey to deliver pipeline and bookings targets.partner closely with sales leadership and key stakeholders to drive thought leadership, deepen relationships with cxos and other decision makers, acquire new logos, and accelerate platform consolidation with existing customers.build a highly effective marketing operation that scales efficiently, maintain focus on top business priorities, enhance the customer experience, and ensure brand consistency across every touch point.lead cross-functional marketing initiatives, including events, digital campaigns, content, and enablement assets, to support sales and partner teams.qualificationsover 10 years of marketing experience in technology, establishing strong cross-functional relationships, and delivering results at scale.subject-matter expert with deep understanding of marketing-sourced pipeline creation strategies, tactics, and conversion metrics, with a commitment to innovation and growth.strong track record of driving marketing excellence, setting clear goals aligned with business priorities, and exceeding targets.bachelor's degree in business or technology.sales-oriented, customer-obsessed, with deep business acumen and disruptive thinking.excellent communication skills and passion for authentic, data-driven marketing.please submit your resume in english only so that it can be properly evaluated by the hiring team.
