a leader in automation technology seeks an experienced project coordinator to drive the execution of complex technical projects at customer locations.
* analyze project requirements and develop effective implementation strategies to ensure timely delivery and quality results.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, supply chain, installation, commissioning, testing, operations, and finance, to achieve project objectives.
the project execution team plays a critical role in transforming technical designs into fully operational systems. As the central connection point between teams and stakeholders, we create clarity, drive accountability, and safeguard project outcomes.
responsibilities
1. oversee all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from site preparation to system acceptance, ensuring compliance with engineering requirements, installation standards, and safety protocols.
2. develop and maintain detailed project schedules, procedures, workflows, and documentation, facilitating seamless communication among teams.
3. identify, track, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues that impact technical readiness, schedule, or system performance.
4. monitor progress, conduct earned value analysis, and prepare schedule and cost performance reports for leadership and customer teams.
5. investigate and address schedule variances and cost deviations, implementing recovery or corrective action plans as needed.
