the position
our organization is seeking a wellbeing senior coordinator to develop and execute a holistic wellbeing strategy. This role will design experiences promoting employees' physical, mental, and emotional well-being, enhancing their engagement and contributing to our strategic objectives.
key priorities:
* effective execution of the wellbeing program
* employee experience design and implementation
* monitoring, impact assessment, and continuous improvement
* operational management and partnerships development
* risk management and mitigation strategies
* vendor and partnership collaboration
* defining and monitoring wellness key performance indicators
requirements and experience:
* minimum 3–6 years of experience in the field
* bachelor's degree or higher | postgraduate degree preferred
* background in wellbeing, culture, or human resources | 5+ years
* leadership experience in wellbeing initiatives | 2+ years
* project management expertise | 2+ years
* experience with certification processes or corporate recognitions | 2+ years
* knowledge of applicable regulations and industry standards | 1+ year
technical knowledge:
* applied positive psychology or organizational psychology | strongly preferred
* employee journey mapping, design thinking | desirable
* proficiency in office suite (excel, powerpoint) | beneficial
* change management principles | valued
