: responsibilities: - review, analyze, debug, and modify the design and function of the business system based upon business requirements.
- evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: functional requirements (business requirements document), use cases, gui, screen and interface designs.
- utilize your experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.
- successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously - work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers - tests, documents, and conducts end user training regarding system enhancements to ensure the system is being used properly and that it is meeting business needs.
- prepares program specifications and diagrams and develops coding logic profile - bachelor's degree in computer science or management information systems; or equivalent experience.
experience - at least 3 years of sap configuration experience is required.
- experience in business system analysis or related area is required.
- sap mm and wm system design, analysis, and implementation experience is required - desirable knowledge of other modules sap sd, pp, qm, pm and fi-co - eagerness to learn and support other areas, as needed.
- abap programming skills preferred.
- strong business analysis, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required.
- practical knowledge on erp implementation methodology, system development methodology and quality assurance practices.
- knowledge and experience with it controls and governance - fluency in written and verbal communications skills - fluent in english language - ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work under tight deadlines, and handle changing priorities - results oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
