Job description insight global is hiring a bilingualhr manager for a manufacturing customer of ours in tijuana mexicowith an average headcount of 250 employees.
the hr manager willhave a team of 2 hr specialist and must be fluent in spanish andenglish (written and verbal) as they will be working withstakeholders in the us.
this is a hands-on approach role, wherethey are expected to be present on the plant floor, assist withevents and activities and foster a positive work culture.
will beresponsible for understanding and enforcing mexican workregulations and compliance standards, including employee benefitprograms.
will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations,performance management, compensation, and benefits administration,ensuring compliance with mexican labor laws, and fostering apositive work environment, while strategically aligning hrpractices with the company's goals.
required skills and experience- 4-5 years hr manager experience within manufacturing industry -bachelor's degree in hr or business administration fluent inspanish and english (verbally and written) - strong understandingof mexican federal work regulations and compliance mexican -federal occupational-social security regulations (imss &infonavit) - familiar with employee benefit programs (mx based)understands recruiting and hiring best practices - can demonstraterecruitment strategy/process driven - must have experience workingin tress software or similar - understand how to calculate taxesfrom government in payroll - understand how to do verification andsocial security payments nice to have skills and experiencefamiliar with tress software skilled in tax calculationprocess
