Here at H&M; México, Colombia & Ecuador we are in search of an experienced **Employee Relations Manager** to join our team.
- Is this role for you?_

Our Employee Relations Manager will coordinate and oversee the employee relations and labor relations strategies, develop and execute HR policies and procedures and oversee all employment law-related matters in our Support Office, DC and all the stores in Mexico, Colombia & Ecuador. Working together with local labor attorneys and stakeholders to secure compliance of all local regulations. **Our Employee Relations Manager is an excellent brand ambassador and promote our values by acting as role model.**

**Job Responsibility including but not limited to**:

- Ownership of all Company employment policies and procedures, including creating, updating and maintaining practices and policies in employment, employee relations, labor relations and overall employee workplace guidelines
- Oversees Company-wide adherence to local laws and employment related requirements
- Manages relationship with outside local legal counsel to investigate, respond and represent the Company in all employment legal matters in each country.
- Proactively identifies trends in the Sales Market (Mexico, Colombia and Ecuador) to assess opportunities for improvement in retention and workplace practices
- Partnership with Security Department in the administration for the ethical management and oversight of the Speak up Channel and ethics portals.
- Assesses risk levels and proposes resolutions for collective bargaining or other labor or contract negotiations
- Develops ER & LR team members on best practices, enhanced ways of working and emerging employment topics
- Partners with outside counsel to recommend collective bargaining strategies, goals, and objectives for the Sales Market (Mexico, Colombia and Ecuador)
- Supports the team with interpreting and drafting contract proposals or counterproposals for collective bargaining or other labor negotiations assessing impact on Company operations
- Advises management on matters related to the administration of contracts or employee discipline or grievance procedures
- Partners with Central HR team to develop employee training, including Sexual Harassment, Supervisory Workshop and other relevant content to ensure current compliance with Company practice and legal requirements
- Partners regularly with key stakeholders to ensure that clear, accurate, and timely communication methods for employment policies are rolled-out properly and understood by all employees.
- Acts as a trusted business partner to provide coaching and advisement to senior leadership on escalated employee relations matters.
- Responsible of execution and follow up of any local government mandated requirements (PTU, NOM-35, Risk analysis, Pay policies, etc).
- Conducts quarterly payroll audits to secure payment compliance
- Serves as a deputy member of the country’s Crisis Response Team, providing advisement and solutions during high-risk incidents in the absence of Country HR Manager.
- Creates and maintains new and ongoing vendor relations with outside legal counsel and other vendors
- Consistently uses values and global leadership expectations in decision making
- Responsible for strategy and follow up on employees’ surveys and work climate initiatives
- Actively seeks and responds to feedback from H&M; employees on engagement and culture

**Requisitos**:
**And as a person we believe you have the following qualities**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, pre-law, business, finance or relevant business field preferred
- Specialty in Labour law
- 5-10 years of experience in an HR specialist or managerial role specifically dealing with employee coaching, CBA and counseling with employee and labor relations.
