*in this role, your responsibilities will be*:
- develop and put into action sales strategies and marketing programs across the north central region.
- identify and pursue new opportunities to increase sales and expand into new regions and market specialities for both product lines (ridgid and greenlee).
- improve fieldwork efforts to promote products to end-users, supporting the distribution network in growing sales and improving market presence throughout the region.
- collaborate with the distribution network to develop strategies for optimizing inventory levels to effectively serve market demands.
- achieve annual sales goals while ensuring distributors optimize all proaction benefits (discounts, mdf, and rebates).
- build and implement annual business plans, executive reports, presentations, forecasts, brand initiatives, and project tracking plans.
- manage multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively under time constraints.
- serve as the daily point of contact for distributors and end-users, ensuring alignment and support for business objectives.

- fluency in spanish and english, both written and spoken.

- experience in the industrial tools or construction industry.
- knowledge of inventory management strategies and distribution networks.
- familiarity with proaction programs, including mdf and rebates.
- advanced proficiency in ms office and crm tools.
