to support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add travel and expense analyst located in guadalajara, north campus.
reporting to the t&e team leader, account payable analyst role involves working with internal customers (employees) to support cash‑in‑advance during their travels, validate their expenses according with policy, monitor cash‑in‑advance metrics, and support local compliance requirements. Assist in monthly closeouts.
what a typical day looks like:
* to pay cash‑in‑advance to employees
* support employees, employee id creation, travel support and payments
* review expense reimbursements
* maintain appropriately the cash‑in‑advance account
* prepare monthly reconciliations
* process payments for corporate card
* track counting metrics, manual payment process, ledger and subledger
the experience we’re looking to add to our team:
* bachelor’s degree in administration, finance or related field
* intermediate‑advanced english
* ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations
* ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
* ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers
* ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability
* customer service experience
* strong organizational skills
* intermediate excel skills
