this management position is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of a boutique, including associate management, merchandise management, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury retail with a strong track record of achieving sales objectives, maintaining operational and merchandising standards, and developing high-performing teams.
the successful candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A background in high-end watch sales is preferred but not required.
* a minimum of 4-7 years' experience in luxury retail, with 1-2 years related management experience required;
* previous experience in high-end watch sales is an asset;
* strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills are essential;
