*we're hiring: account manager*
we are seeking a skilled and driven *account manage*r to join our team in *mexico cit*y.
in this role, you'll be working *at the customer's premise*s, managing key accounts and leading business growth efforts.
you'll serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams, driving strategic initiatives, managing complex projects, and identifying new opportunities to increase revenue and strengthen partnerships.
*responsibilities*:
- *client relationship management*: build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs and resolve issues.
implement company's decisions with customer.
- *project management*: oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the account, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- *business development*: identify opportunities to expand the account's portfolio, pushing for new deals and partnerships.
increase deal flow and revenue within the account.
- *strategic planning*: develop and implement strategies to achieve account growth targets.
- *performance monitoring*: track project outcomes and account performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
follow up on revenue and identify new revenue streams.
*requirements*:
- proven experience in project management or account management in the telecommunication industry is a must.
- bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electronics, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- proficient in both spanish and english, written and spoken.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- experience in working independently and reporting overseas.
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
