- end to end process for managing contracts, while driving interactions with global stakeholders and suppliers.
- previous procurement, contract management and negotiation experiences, in promotional categories
- responsible for understanding, tracking, and achieving promotional suppliers' certifications are done opportunely.
- customer services with creatively problem-solve
- building good relationships with bottlers
- work with bottler ´s procurement departments to assure that their suppliers are certified.
- support suppliers in all their certification process partnering with audit supplier and assurance companies.
- ensure success and compliance against all contractual commitments at a category level
- work with category manager and implement category strategy (hh global)
- analyze spend data to identify:
- generate data from erps / bi systems
- analyze the data (ap, po)
- cleanse and classify the data
- identify issues and gaps (proactive, reactive)
- drive supplier performance, demand management and increase category compliance.
*must have in-depth knowledge of a promotional category within a large corporation and be able to drive and identify additional opportunities with client resulting in additional scope*
