As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients using an automated dialing system. Your goal will be to connect with homeowners, qualify their interest in a roof inspection, and hand off qualified leads to our 'confirmer' team to finalize the appointment.

* fluency in english and spanish (both spoken and written)
* previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
* excellent communication skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
