We are seeking a seasoned lead software developer with a strong background in business intelligence to join our team. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of both software applications and bi solutions, ensuring high-quality performance, scalability, and security. You will guide a team of developers, and act as the technical authority for power bi development, creating intuitive dashboards to drive strategic business decisions.technical leadership: lead the design and development of complex, scalable software systems and bi reporting solutions. Bi development: design, develop, and maintain advanced power bi reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights. Data modeling & dax: create robust data models and complex data analysis expression (dax) measures to support analytical needs. Database & integration: explore large datasets, perform data modeling, and integrate power bi with relational databases, apis, and cloud platforms. Mentorship & quality assurance: mentor team members and ensure adherence to best practices in coding and data visualization. Implement row-level security (rls), manage workspace security, and ensure compliance with data governance standards. Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering, or a related field. ~5+ years of software development experience. ~3+ years of specialized experience in power bi development, including dax and data modeling. ~ proficiency in sql for data manipulation and extraction. ~ strong experience in data visualization best practices and data storytelling. ~ team lead, tech lead).experience with other bi tools (e.g., tableau, ssrs).
