Wellbeing Director
- Create a complementary wellness strategy including consultancy capabilities aligned to LATAM and general strategies to offer to clients and prospects.
- Train client-facing and sales colleagues on the new capabilities
- Responsible to generate revenue as New Additional and New New Business
- Create a quotation methodology to guarantee projects meet Aon´s expected margin
- Create manuals describing processes, procedures, and in general the methodology performed in the area
