- bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, along with experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- at least 1 year of experience in similar position

- knowledge & experience using autocad

- knowledge in value stream mapping
- experience in throughput improvement process (tip)
- work on site 100% of time m-f availability of time
