*roles and responsibilities*:
document management (set up):
- review & organize client documents in the arive system, ensuring they are properly renamed and classified.
- send follow-up requests for incomplete, illegible, or missing documents.
- register files with specific lenders as directed, ensuring files are prepared for disclosures.
- order and follow up on third-party items such as insurance updates, appraisals, title work, and payoff statements.
- request and track verification of employment (voe) documents as needed.
post closing:
- review and separate post-closing documents per the checklist.
- organize digital files in compliance order post-closing.
*skills*:
- organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- strong knowledge of loan programs, and guidelines (preferred)
- excellent communication and organizational skills.
*qualifications*:
- relevant experience (broker shop, mortgage company) 2+ years (preferred)
- bachelor's degree (required)
- advanced english (required)

- arive software, crm, voip phones, google suites, microsoft office (excel, word, powerpoint)

*schedule*:monday to friday 9 - 6 pm est (1 hr. lunch break).
pay: $18,050.00 - $28,080.00 per month
