main responsibilities:
* keep updated on labor market trends and best recruitment practices in international sectors.
* work closely with management to meet hiring goals and align with organizational strategy.
* build and maintain a pool of qualified talents for future needs.
* coordinate interviews and provide a positive experience for candidates and managers in both languages.
* conduct initial assessments and interviews in english and spanish, ensuring candidate suitability and cultural fit.
* use various channels such as job portals, social networks, networking, and referrals to attract qualified candidates.
* manage the entire selection process independently, from posting vacancies to onboarding high-performance talent.
* collaborate with management to understand sales profiles and develop effective recruitment strategies in both languages.
requirements:
* 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in sales profiles or commercial roles.
* fluency in english (spoken and written) — essential.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both languages.
* strong organizational skills, autonomy, and goal orientation in a dynamic environment.
* solid knowledge of recruiting tools and professional social networks.
* understanding of key qualities in a successful sales profile.
