We are looking for a facilities project manager to take ownership of scaling and operating our office spaces in mexico (hq and operational sites) in a fast-growing fintech environment.
this is a hands-on role with high autonomy, focused on proactive infrastructure scaling and day-to-day office operations.
challenges that await you:
* own end-to-end office infrastructure: planning, leasing, renovation, launch, and operations
* scale office spaces in line with business needs (hq and operations)
* manage vendors, contracts, and lease agreements
* lead and develop a facilities / office operations team
* own facilities-related budgets and cost control
* partner with hr on workplace and employee experience initiatives
* proactively identify issues and drive improvements independently
what makes you a great fit:
* 5+ years in facilities management, office operations, or related roles
* experience scaling office spaces, not just maintaining them
* strong vendor, contract, and budget management experience
* proactive, ownership-driven, able to work without detailed instructions
* english b2 or spanish b2 (spanish preferred)
* willingness to relocate to mexico
