job summary: we are seeking an experienced change as a service manager to lead and oversee change management projects for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful adoption of change initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and expertise in change management methodologies.
key responsibilities:
* lead the design, development, and implementation of change management strategies that align with client business objectives.
* manage end-to-end change management projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation of change initiatives.
* conduct comprehensive change impact and readiness assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
* develop and implement communication and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
* oversee the creation and delivery of training programs to facilitate the adoption of new processes and systems.
* collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities into broader project plans.
* monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of change initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on change management best practices and strategies.
* mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their development and growth within the organization.
required qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
* certification in change management (e.g., prosci, ccmp: certified change management professional) mandatory
* minimum of 5-7 years of experience in change management, change management consulting, or a related discipline.
* demonstrated success in leading complex change management projects and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
* strong understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies, such as prosci, kotter's 8-step process, or lewin's change model.
* excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* experience in a consulting or client-facing role, with a track record of delivering successful change initiatives in industries such as technology, healthcare, consumer markets, or finance.
