job summary
to provide administrative support for director and managers
essential duties and responsibilities
* responsible for supporting all administrative functions for director/ manager level experience to include but not limited to, presentations, meeting agendas, meetings and events coordination, travel arrangements, expense reports, etc
* follows all company safety policies and other safety precautions within the work area
* compliance with safety policies and procedures
* ensures compliance with environmental management system (ems) responsibilities
* follow j&j and ees records management policies for convenience information, records
* retention schedules, training and education, document hold notices, records cleanout,
* inactive records and information management, vital records and third party vendor if applicable.
* other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned
management & supervisory responsibilities
job is not directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management).
job qualifications
* knowledge requirements
o organization and planning skills
o high level of written and verbal communication skills
o bilingual: english/ spanish required
o gmp/ iso knowledge preferred
* education & experience requirements
o high school diploma or equivalent
o two to three years experience in an administrative position
