Administrative role providing support across government relations, environmental documentation, and coordination of cross-border projects within a corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance of corporate government relations, environmental impact assessment documentation, and routine inspection management
- Draft, organise, and translate various company documents, contracts, official correspondence, and reports
- Assist with business hospitality, headquarters liaison, team management, and cross-border project coordination
- Monitor corporate tax, social security, and EHS compliance matters
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication and collaboration to drive internal process implementation
- Complete other administrative and general duties as assigned by superiors
Requirements
- Mexican residency status
- English proficiency at B2 level or above, with strong spoken communication skills
- Preference given to candidates with relevant administrative, compliance, or project management experience
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, strong learning aptitude, and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to adapt to cross-cultural environments and handle high-pressure situations
