hubbell construction & energy (hce) focuses on products to support four business segments: connectors, grounding & tooling, gas connectors & accessories, harsh & hazardous, and distribution. With markets in renewable energy, lighting, transportation, data center, telecom, utility, extreme environment, gas and water distribution, power generation and oil & gas, we guarantee that our products set the standards for industry solutions. *duties and responsibilities*:
- cumplir con los programas de producción.
- controlar los documentos y registros generados por los procesos de producción.
- hacer que se cumplan los programas de capacitación al personal para que se desarrolle la multihabilidad.
- controlar la existencia y buen uso de los materiales directos e indirectos del área de fundición.
- desarrollar productos ó procesos que ayuden a mejorar la productividad, calidad, seguridad, tiempo de entrega y costo.
- dar seguimiento a la realización del tpm.
- controlar el open stock (bronce y aluminio en el área de fundición.
- aplicar y hacer aplicar la política integral, reportando cualquier desviación al área correspondiente.
*skills and experience*:
- químico metalúrgico.
- inglés: avanzado (preferentemente).
- conocimientos en procesos de manufactura en la industria de la fundición (5 años). Preparación de arena verde.
- desarrollo de insumos para la fundición.
- manejo de personal sindicalizado y no sindicalizado.
- conocimientos en técnicas de solución de problemas (8d's, 5 por que, diagrama ishikawa).
