based in querétaro, mexico, this is a flexible role within a collaborative, regional team that supports multiple countries and stakeholders. You will lead a diverse team across locations, including remote reports, and partner closely with hr, finance, procurement, legal, and executive assistance. The role offers broad regional exposure, high-impact decision-making, and the opportunity to drive continuous improvement across complex, high-visibility services.

1. regional fleet operations leadership oversee end-to-end fleet administration across latin america, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, insurance, fuel, and disposal, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and service quality.
2. vendor and contract management lead supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management to secure optimal service levels and cost-effective solutions.
3. data-driven cost optimization analyze fleet and event data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
4. corporate events execution plan and deliver regional and local corporate events, managing budgets, logistics, vendors, and on-site execution to ensure a high-quality employee experience.
5. people and stakeholder leadership lead and develop a regional team while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align services with business needs.
