Marketing professional
we are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance our brand awareness, drive revenue growth, and position us as a leading luxury destination.
this role oversees digital marketing, branding, pr, advertising, and promotional campaigns while ensuring alignment with our business objectives. You will lead social media strategy, engage with influencers, and generate visually compelling content to showcase our offerings.
key responsibilities:
* marketing strategy & brand management:
o develop comprehensive marketing plans to promote our luxury positioning, dining outlets, spa, events, and guest experiences.
o maintain and strengthen our brand identity across all channels (website, social media, print, etc.).
o monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust strategies accordingly.
* digital marketing & online presence:
o lead social media strategy (instagram, facebook, linkedin, tiktok, etc.), engaging with influencers and generating visually compelling content.
* public relations & media relations:
o collaborate with pr agencies and media outlets to secure coverage in luxury travel publications, blogs, and broadcast channels.
o organize press trips, fam tours, and media events to showcase our offerings.
* advertising & promotions:
o plan and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns (print, digital, ota partnerships, etc.).
o develop seasonal promotions, packages, and partnerships with luxury brands or local attractions.
* content creation & storytelling:
o supervise the production of high-quality visual and written content (photos, videos, blogs, newsletters).
qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field.
* 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hotels/resorts or tourism.
* strong expertise in digital marketing (seo, sem, social media, email automation tools).
* proficiency in analytics tools (google analytics, meta business suite, crm systems).
* excellent communication skills in english and spanish (written and spoken).
* creative thinker with strong project management and leadership abilities.
