Your daily tasks include managing your team, handling escalations, process improvements, and contingency planning. * experience managing kpis and driving results
* bachelor’s in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, or related fields
* logistics experience in operations, preferably in first-middle mile
* advanced english proficiency
