your main tasks
* welcoming and supervising children;
* helping the children to learn the basics of daily life and the rules of community life;
* create a secure, affectionate and stimulating environment for the children;
* propose and organize educational activities adapted to the children's development;
* ensure the children's psychological and physical integrity at all times;
* collaborate with the other members of the team to ensure the overall well-being of the children;
* support children in their individual development;
* carry out routine cleaning tasks: clear and clean tables, fill and tidy the dishwasher, etc.;
* observe and evaluate children's individual progress, providing feedback to families;
* maintaining a relationship of trust with parents.
your profile
* you have obtained a diploma giving you access to the profession of educator in luxembourg (diploma of educator, diploma in education, diploma in psychology, diploma in the psycho-social, pedagogical or socio-educational field, ...);
* you have a very good command of english; any other language will be considered an asset;
* knowledge of the needs and development of young children;
* ability to work as part of a team (#teamspirit) and to communicate effectively;
* you are caring, creative, curious and respectful;
* you are flexible, organized and dynamic.
