We are seeking an experienced bpo recruiter to manage high-volume, agent-level hiring for our contact center operations in mexico city.
this role will be responsible for recruiting service agents within defined timelines while ensuring quality and compliance with hiring standards.
*key responsibilities*:
- execute end-to-end recruitment for high-volume, agent-level bpo roles
- screen, interview, and coordinate hiring decisions with operations
- maintain accurate recruitment tracking and reports
*requirements*:
- 1-3 years of high-volume recruitment experience (bpo/contact center preferred)
- proven ability to hire multiple roles simultaneously under tight deadlines
- strong communication and organizational skills
- familiarity with local labor market and sourcing channels in mexico city
- ability to work fully onsite
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team (promote positive work environment)
- excellent english communication skills (professional demeanor); written & verbal.
- proficient in multi-tasking
- ability to build rapport with customers, empathy, responsiveness, and patience

base salary: $20,* mx to $24,000 pesos gross per month
