your role and responsibilities

* leverage finance expertise, sap techno-functional skills, and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues and build long-term relationships with key executives.
* guide customers through financial processes and best practices, including account reconciliations and mass journal posting templates.
* lead business process and solution architecture design sessions; create functional specifications for development requirements.
* lead and manage teams where applicable; delegate tasks effectively to meet deliverables on time and within scope.
* perform initial setup, prototyping, configuration, and testing to support design sessions and meet business requirements.
* design and document sap fs-cd configurations per the blueprint, including test documentation and go-live support.
* recommend best practices for sap fs-cd configuration to ensure integration, performance, and stability.
* collaborate with end users to design sap fs-cd solutions aligned with business processes and requirements.
* conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions to enable user adoption of sap fs-cd.
* provide application support including issue identification, tracking, analysis, and resolution.
* continuously report project status and offer constructive solutions to ensure alignment with expectations.
* use technical and industry knowledge to identify client issues and build relationships through delivery and professional networking.


required technical and professional expertise

* minimum 4 years of experience in sap abap with odata.
* minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting firm.
* minimum 5 years of solid business process knowledge and blueprinting experience.
* minimum 4 years of experience in selling finance transformation programs, including executive alignment, solution development, and deal closure.
* strong knowledge of sap erp and the latest sap financial tools.
* hands-on experience building api objects in segw using odata/json services.
* experience with cds view creation/consumption using eclipse and hana studio.
* proficiency in handling large data volumes using parallel processing, mass activities, and performance tuning.


preferred technical and professional experience

* at least 7 years of experience in sap finance with expertise in financial services (e.g., sap bank analyzer, sap insurance analyzer, or fpsl predecessors).
* at least 7 years of hands-on sap finance experience in financial services.
* completed 5+ end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live in sap finance with fs-cd configuration experience.
* minimum 4 years of expertise in sap fs-cd processes, with proven experience in billing and disbursement process implementation and optimization.
* strong financial services and/or accounting background relevant to sap fs-cd.

Este puesto ayudará a respaldar el proceso de presupuestación y previsión para los departamentos de tecnología a nivel corporativo, así como todas las solicitudes de hc. El puesto ayudará a las operaciones en curso del área de tecnologías de la información, además de apoyar al equipo con informes ad hoc.

responsabilidades detalladas:

* soporte en el proceso de cierre de fin de mes de contabilidad para capturar con precisión todos los costos incurridos por los departamentos de tecnología.
* desarrollar modelos de pronóstico y presentarlos al equipo de gestión de tecnología.
* consolidar y analizar datos financieros, incluidos, entre otros, presupuestos y previsiones de gastos de venta, generales y administrativos.
* consolidar y analizar todas las solicitudes de hc actuales junto con el impacto financiero.
* identificar tendencias, elaborar narrativas sólidas y recomendar acciones al gerente de fp&a y al equipo de gestión de tecnología en base a un análisis sólido.

calificaciones requeridas

* fuerte comunicación escrita y verbal en inglés.
