Hrbp (operational excellence projects)
objective
serve as a key liaison with functional leaders, providing both strategic and operational support in the implementation of the organization's policies and practices. Help ensure that the organization's strategies are properly aligned with employees' requirements and needs to guarantee that performance metrics and objectives are met.
main responsibilities
lead the operational excellence project ensuring timelines and deliverables for the manufacturing plant.
ensure that the roles and responsibilities of work teams align with those carried out in practice
support the management of the organizational structure to ensure that resources are optimized and aligned with objectives.
foster and maintain a strong and healthy organizational culture in the workplace
manage staff compensation levels, ensuring equity and competitiveness in the market.
collaborate on the implementation and monitoring of staff development strategies (key positions, replacement plans, succession plans)
manage and monitor indicators using information platforms and systems
support action plans for continuous improvement in indicators
ensure effective coordination and communication with the union committee to ensure informed decision-making aligned with objectives.
provide timely assistance to staff (case management/transaction processing/other services).
position requirements
bachelor degree in industrial engineering, business administration or related.
background in manufacturing environments.
project management knowledge (required)
