reliability engineer, your future position?
reporting to the maintenance manager, you will manage maintenance standards to achieve the longest equipment life and performance of the maintenance function.
your main responsibilities will be:
* maintenance management (indicators, planning, process control, financial controls).
* equipment database management, hierarchy and criticality.
* manage maintenance plans according to equipment criticality.
* improve the indicators of the department and management areas.
* ensure that all plant assets have the corresponding maintenance plans, adequate for the expected failure modes.
* manage the predictive maintenance program.
* apply statistical analysis on equipment failures to determine necessary changes in maintenance plans to prevent recurrence to increase equipment availability.
* lead the root cause analysis program.
* implement continuous improvement cycle to preventive maintenance plans.
* identify maintenance system execution opportunities that ensure continuous improvement and system feedback including cost, workforce and department resources.
you will be based in our taste & wellbeing manufacturing facilities located at cuernavaca, méxico.
