Act as a communication bridge to ensure alignment between local practice and company policies.requirements:to succeed in this role, you will need:bachelor's degree or above; minimum 3 years of hr experience, with solid experience in payroll and benefits administration in mexico.familiarity with mexican labor laws and social security systems (e.g., imss, infonavit, sat payroll taxes). Ability to manage payroll independently and ensure compliance.strong organizational and coordination skills. Capable of handling a broad scope of hr operational tasks with attention to detail and execution.excellent cross-cultural communication skills to support effective collaboration between headquarters (primarily in china) and the local team.fluent in english (working language). Chinese language skills are preferred but not required.must have legal authorization to work in mexico (valid work visa, residency, or other eligible status).
