Sales manager (bilingual english/spanish) - remote, work from home$25000 - $30000 mxn monthly remote position, full-time usa business commission structure immediately available, $1000 usd+ company overview: we are a growing public relations and communications firm that partners with high-growth companies to increase visibility, brand authority, and market reach. Our clients engage us for premium pr and marketing services. Position overview: we are seeking a mid- to senior-level sales representative with experience selling pr, marketing, or consulting services. This role is ideal for someone who can build a sales process from the ground up, take ownership of outbound sales efforts, and generate new business through cold outreach and strategic targeting. You will work directly with company leadership to test and refine messaging, targeting, and sales strategies. This role offers high earning potential through a commission-based structure. Key responsibilities: build and manage a sales pipeline from scratch, including outbound lead generation. Develop and execute cold outreach via email, phone, and social media platforms. Collaborate with leadership to create sales materials, scripts, and outreach sequences. Present and sell services to executives, founders, and marketing decision-makers. Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing. Track activity and performance using crm tools. Provide feedback on audience targeting, messaging, and market trends. Qualifications: 3–7 years of experience in sales for a pr, marketing, or consulting agency. Proven ability to close high-value b2b deals ($10k/month and above). Strong understanding of pr, communications, and value-based selling. Comfortable with cold outreach and independent lead generation. Self-starter who can create and iterate on sales processes with minimal oversight. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using crm and outbound sales platforms (e.g., hubspot, apollo, linkedin). Work from home requirements: quiet home office work environment. Willing to work us pst business hours. Fast and reliable internet connection (minimum 10mbps) with backup available. Dependable electricity with power backup available.
