Position overview: we are seeking a mid- to senior-level sales representative with experience selling pr, marketing, or consulting services. This role is ideal for someone who can build a sales process from the ground up, take ownership of outbound sales efforts, and generate new business through cold outreach and strategic targeting. You will work directly with company leadership to test and refine messaging, targeting, and sales strategies. This role offers high earning potential through a commission-based structure. Key responsibilities: build and manage a sales pipeline from scratch, including outbound lead generation. Develop and execute cold outreach via email, phone, and social media platforms. Collaborate with leadership to create sales materials, scripts, and outreach sequences. Present and sell services to executives, founders, and marketing decision-makers. Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing. Track activity and performance using crm tools. Provide feedback on audience targeting, messaging, and market trends. Qualifications: 3–7 years of experience in sales for a pr, marketing, or consulting agency. Proven ability to close high-value b2b deals ($10k/month and above). Strong understanding of pr, communications, and value-based selling. Comfortable with cold outreach and independent lead generation.
