about the role
as assoc dir, hr business partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning global human resources strategies with local execution. Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, you will drive initiatives that enhance organizational performance, elevate employee engagement, and ensure hr services meet the expectations of our end customers. Your work will directly impact our people, culture, and customer satisfaction.
key responsibilities
as an assoc dir, hr business partner, you'll be responsible for:
* partnering with senior leadership to define and implement hr strategies aligned with global business goals.
* advising on organizational design, including structure, roles, and processes to drive operational efficiency.
* leading leadership development and succession planning programs to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
* acting as the primary hr contact for end customers, ensuring services align with their needs and expectations.
* promoting a culture consistent with carrier's values and mission, while driving employee engagement initiatives.
* ensuring compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies.
* continuously evaluating and improving hr processes to meet evolving business needs.
requirements

as a minimum you must have
* bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration, human resources, or a related field.
* minimum of 10 years of experience in hr business partner or similar roles within global organizations.
* advanced proficiency in english.
* strong strategic thinking and decision-influencing capabilities.
* in-depth knowledge of mexican labor laws.
although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
* experience in manufacturing, hvac, and/or electronics industries.
* ability to thrive in multicultural and dynamic environments.
* proficiency with workday.
