About the role:
the technical integration specialist is responsible for ensuring a seamless implementation of mobile and web application sdks, smooth onboarding of new customers to our ui allowing them to achieve their business goals and objectives.
key responsibilities include:
* collaborating with technical stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful integration of our sdks and apis
* ensuring timely onboarding of clients by successfully implementing our platform with a focus on reducing time-to-value (ttv)
* acting as a product consultant to customers: helping define technical solutions and requirements to implement customer business use cases, assisting with techno-functional knowledge around product integration, troubleshooting, conducting technical audits & reviews to ensure adherence to our guidelines, quality, performance, and data sanity
* participating in technical discussions with customers to identify use cases, technical enhancements required in our product, and providing actionable inputs to internal teams (cs, product, engineering, etc.)
