work you'll do project leadership: lead full life-cycle oracle fusion talent management implementations, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to post-go-live stabilization, ensuring timely and successful delivery.solution design & architecture: collaborate with hr and it leadership to design comprehensive oracle fusion hcm solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements, ensuring scalability and efficiency.functional expertise: act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert (sme) on oracle fusion talent management, providing advanced guidance on system functionality, optimization strategies, and best practices.data migration & integration: oversee complex data migration efforts from legacy systems to oracle fusion, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
lead system integration efforts across oracle hcm modules (compensation and benefits) and external systems.process optimization: drive business process re-engineering by analyzing current talent and performance processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing solutions to optimize workforce management and hr service delivery.advanced support: provide expert-level functional support, troubleshoot complex system issues, and collaborate with oracle support to resolve high-priority service requests (srs).training & mentorship: lead training sessions and workshops for end users and junior consultants.
create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and key decisions.testing & quality assurance: manage end-to-end testing strategies, including system testing, user acceptance testing (uat), and regression testing to ensure system stability and accurate deployments.reporting & analytics: leverage oracle reporting tools (otbi, bi publisher, hcm extracts) to create high-level dashboards and reports, providing key insights to hr leaders and decision-makers.compliance & governance: ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and internal governance policies.
develop and maintain security roles and access permissions. Qualifications education: bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, human resources, or a related field.experience: 7+ years of experience with functional support or implementation in oracle fusion talent, core hr, recruiting, onboarding, or learn.experience implementing / supporting oracle cloud talent in all phases on two full implementations (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing).proven experience in leading multi-country oracle fusion hcm implementations.extensive knowledge of talent and performance processes, goal management, career development, succession planning etc.technical skills:deep expertise in oracle fusion hcm, with a focus on profile management, goal management, career development, succession planning and talent pool.strong understanding of rating models, item catalog, content sections, eligibility profile, questionnaire and questionnaire templates, check-in, performance and feedback templates.understanding of oracle reporting tools (otbi, bi publisher, hcm extracts) and experience with data migration and integration strategies.familiarity with oracle hcm security roles, workflow configurations, and approvals.experience in configuration tasks dff, eff, eit, value sets, common lookups, workflow and approval for talent management processes.experience in personalization using page composer and design studio, autocomplete rules.familiar with oracle fusion security design and structure.understanding of data loaders, spreadsheet loaders, personalization/customizations, reporting tools.soft skills:excellent english verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic consulting landscape.
