The project will comprise branded residences, high-end hospitality, resort amenities, and golf within a master-planned coastal setting. This role will act as the day-to-day driver of development execution, working directly with senior leadership and ownership. The successful candidate will manage critical workstreams across design, entitlements, procurement, and construction, ensuring programme, budget, and quality objectives are achieved across multiple assets. Key responsibilities: lead day-to-day development execution across assigned resort and residential components from feasibility through completion. Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to maintain programme, budget, and design integrity. Support entitlements and permitting strategy, managing relationships with local authorities and advisors. Oversee budgets, cash flow, reporting, and risk management to ensure commercial objectives are achieved. Drive cross-functional alignment across design, construction, sales, finance, and operations. Support procurement, contract negotiations, and value engineering to optimise project performance. Qualifications & experience: 8+ years' experience in high-end resort development, ideally in north america, the caribbean, or latin america. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase developments with budgets in the hundreds of millions. Experience supporting multi-phase developments with significant capital expenditure. Strong exposure to design coordination, entitlements, construction management, and financial oversight.
