tasks and qualifications:
this is what you will be in this role:
administrative support:
provide comprehensive administrative support to the plant director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
communication:
serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Draft and prepare reports, and presentations as needed.
documentation management:
organize and maintain files, records, and documentation. Ensure that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
meeting coordination:
prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, dinners, and other events.
project assistance:
assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the plant director. This may include conducting research, preparing reports, and tracking project progress.
office management:
oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is in working order. Manage office budget and expenses as directed.
compliance support:
assist with ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
what we are looking for:
minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
proficient in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint, one note, outlook)
strong organizational and time-management skills
excellent english written and verbal communication abilities
ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
ability to work independently and as part of a team
adaptable to changing priorities and demands.
proactive and self-motivated.
