Sourcing associate
we’re looking for a sourcing associate to join our talent acquisition team and help build a strong, scalable recruiting foundation.
this is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop real recruiting skills — from sourcing and candidate evaluation to how high-performing teams manage pipelines and make hiring decisions.
location: guadalajara (on-site)
type: temporary (3 months, with potential to extend)
what you’ll do
* maintain and improve candidate pipelines and ats data quality
* source candidates using linkedin and other platforms
* review resumes and identify strong talent quickly
* support recruiters by keeping processes organized and efficient
✅ what we’re looking for
* 1–2 years in recruiting, sourcing, hr, or similar
* strong english communication (written and spoken)
* detail-oriented and organized
* comfortable working on-site in guadalajara
* proactive and eager to learn
