about the role
business development, sales
responsibilities
* provide support to senior account development managers and handle business with customer needs departments;
* travel to visit clients, communicate with north american customers regarding their needs, maintain client relationships, and explore new cooperation opportunities;
* respond to product demands from north american clients, coordinate and resolve sales issues before, during, and after the sale;
* keep track of new project developments from clients, assist senior account sales managers with quotations, and facilitate the completion of project approvals and acquisition of client orders;
* communicate and coordinate effectively with the company's production, technology, and project departments to ensure timely delivery of product orders and meet customer needs;
* handle and consolidate feedback on post-sales issues from clients, and drive improvements in the sales service process.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree or higher, major is not limited;
* over three years of relevant experience in automotive parts or metal stamping components or cold forging products.
* proficiency in english or spanish, willing to travel overseas for extended periods;
* honest, reliable, and dedicated to work.
