A global manufacturing company in the monterrey area is hiring a human resources analyst. This is an onsite position that requires bilingual language skills in english and spanish. We are only considering local candidates in the monterrey area at this time.please submit resume in english.the human resources analyst will manage key human resources processes in a comprehensive manner, combining operational execution (administration, labor relations, recruitment) with organizational development initiatives (climate, performance, culture), ensuring compliance with mexico labor laws and strengthening organizational performance.job responsibilities:- employee administration (files, contracts, personnel changes). - recruitment and selection for operational and technical roles. - pre – payroll process - uploading incidents (overtime, absences, lateness, vacations, recording working hours). - sending payroll receipts and physical delivery of the same when requested. - onboarding process - system registration, sgmm registration, bank account registration process, food vouchers, delivery of liability waivers, creation of physical and digital files, photographs, presentation and communication of incorporation, assignment of lockers to operational staff, registration in time clock, collection of staff emails for sending payroll receipts. - provide new hire onboarding training related to the company and our safety programs. - monitoring of training and development programs. - training record control - attendance lists, evaluations, dc3 when applicable, for the human resources and environmental, health and safety areas. - management of labor relations (meeting reports, disciplinary actions). - support for audits and legal compliance. - implementation of initiatives related to nom-035-stps-2018 (psychosocial factors). - proposal of actions to improve employee turnover, engagement, and leadership. - support for organizational culture initiatives. - proposal for improvements to hr processes. - follow-up on action plans.preferred qualifications:- bachelor's degree in a field related to human resources - 2-4 years of experience in human resources and organizational development (such as employee engagement, performance reviews, company culture, etc.) - practical application and knowledge of the federal labor law - recruitment and labor relations - experience working on projects related to organizational climate - proficiency in microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint, and outlook) - basic payroll knowledge - strong communication skills in english and spanish (written and verbal) - ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment - experience working in the manufacturing industry is preferred.we offer a competitive base salary, bonus incentive, and full benefits package.
