we are seeking a highly skilled bilingual guest service submanager to join our team in mexico city. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and executing daily operations related to guest services, ensuring an exceptional experience from booking to check-out.
the successful candidate will collaborate closely with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, administration) and play a key role in supervising the concierge team.
main responsibilities:
* oversee the check-in and check-out processes.
* coordinate operational schedules and manage reservations.
* ensure quality standards in cleanliness, maintenance, and property presentation.
* handle and resolve guest incidents promptly and professionally.
* monitor reviews and propose improvement actions.
* frequently interact with internal teams and communicate with diplomacy.
* supervise the operations team and support their professional growth.
requirements:
- full professional proficiency in both spanish and english (spoken and written)
- previous experience in customer service and guest relations
- proven experience in team management and strong leadership skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- conflict resolution and decision-making under pressure
- familiarity with hospitality technology tools
- high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
