We’re looking for an SEO Specialist (Analytics & Performance) who knows how to connect search strategy with data-driven decision-making.
You’ll act as the right hand to the VP, owning everything from Shopify SEO to analytics reporting and spend monitoring. This role requires someone who’s comfortable inside analytics dashboards, understands technical SEO best practices, and can translate data into clear actions that improve visibility and performance.

What You’ll Work On SEO and Site Optimization
Manage and optimize Shopify SEO, including technical audits, site structure, metadata, and content recommendations
Research and implement keyword strategies aligned with campaigns, products, and advocacy themes
Improve visibility and engagement across Google, YouTube, and other content platforms
Track and report on organic performance, ranking improvements, and conversion trends
Analytics and Reporting
Oversee analytics from Google Analytics, Search Console, YouTube Analytics, and Meta Business Suite
Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports that summarize traffic, conversions, and ad spend
Identify red flags or opportunities in the data and communicate insights to leadership
Support the optimization of ad spend and channel allocation based on performance data
Collaboration and Growth
Work closely with the VP to align SEO priorities with broader marketing goals
Recommend improvements in tools, tracking, or reporting workflows
Partner with creative, content, and paid media teams to ensure consistency between SEO and campaign strategies
Stay current on SEO and analytics trends, tools, and Google algorithm updates
What You Bring 3+ years of experience in SEO, analytics, or digital marketing
Proven success optimizing Shopify websites for organic search performance
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and YouTube Analytics
Ability to analyze performance data and create actionable recommendations
Organized, detail-oriented, and confident navigating multiple data platforms
Clear communicator with strong reporting and documentation skills
Nice to Have
Experience managing or analyzing Google Ads and Meta Ads performance
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio (Data Studio)
Experience in e-commerce, advocacy, or mission-based marketing
Understanding of conversion tracking and cross-platform attribution
