what we're looking for
* advanced or native-level english skills (spoken and written).
* 4+ years of b2b sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruitment, hr services, or bpo.
* proven success selling to u.s. or canadian clients.
* strong track record of closing deals and managing accounts post-sale.
* excellent communication skills, with a focus on professional email outreach.
* crm experience (hubspot, salesforce, apollo).
* highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
