key responsibilities:
* curriculum & teaching: plan and deliver highly engaging, rigorous lessons aligned with the current ib psychology higher level (hl) guide, adapting to the diverse needs of our student body.
* research & assessment: guide students in developing sophisticated research, analytical, and academic writing skills, preparing them thoroughly for both ib internal (ia) and external assessments.
* professional engagement: participate actively in academic department meetings, collaborative planning, continuous professional development, and official ib training.
* mentorship: support adolescent development by creating a safe, positive, and intellectually stimulating classroom environment.
