we're looking for a technical project manager, who can do a good balance between assertiveness and technical domain.
the person should be able to identify whether to put a stop during a meeting or continue presenting a point, motivate its team, and have solid knowledge and skills of architecture and development within a microsoft environment.
also, the chosen person should be prepared to get hands‑on coding when needed.
responsibilities
* oversees all project operations from inception to execution.
* responsible for maintaining budgets, enforcing deadlines and supervising team members.
* highly organized and can multitask successfully under pressure.
* creates project plans with relevant team members.
* supervises team members and ensure that deadlines are followed.
* maintain the project budget.
* prepare progress reports for senior management.
* identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials.
* oversee the implementation of project improvements.
qualifications

* a degree in engineering, computer science or a related field.
* 5 years minimum of experience in it, project management or a related field.
* excellent leadership abilities.
* excellent computer literacy skills.
* excellent interpersonal and communications skills in the english language.
