about our client
property management and consulting firm that supports residential communities and homeowner associations with day-to-day operations, financial management, and maintenance coordination.
this position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in cdmx or gdl on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

responsibilities
as a csr (admin focus), you will be responsible for:
* serve as the first point of contact for homeowners via phone and email
* answer inbound calls and respond to emails from homeowner inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
* assist homeowners with general account questions and payment guidance
* verify payments and help owners understand their account status
* create and enter work orders for maintenance requests and follow up as needed
* process architectural applications by reviewing submissions, entering them into the system, and following up on the applications with the board of directors.
* prepare and send violation letters when required
* maintain accurate records and update information in the company's software
* provide general administrative support to the team
work schedule
* monday - friday
* standard time: 10:00 am - 07:00 pm mexico city time
* daylight saving: 09:00 am - 06:00 pm mexico city time
qualifications

* min. 50 mbps internet speed
* 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administrative roles, call centers, or hospitality
* associate degree preferred
* strong communication and listening skills
* high attention to detail and organization
* friendly, personable, and professional when interacting with customers
* ability to manage a medium phone volume and high email volume
* proficiency in microsoft 365.
* experience with cinc software is a plus
