the primary responsibility is to provide administrative assistance to field sales engineers in order to released them from administrative office activities and given them more time to spend on the field with customers, channels and clients. Assistance will be both in pre-sales and post-sales. Field sales engineers will have 30% more time available to attend customers and get orders.
This support includes managing schedules, creating sales documents and proposals, generating reports related to sales activities and revenue data, as well as handling customer and prioritizing customer requests while sales team is out of the office.

- arranges the entire sales team travel requirements, coordinates training and other corporate events.
- prepares reports, agendas and manages business presentations for the team, so proficiency in power point essential.
- collection and consolidation of monthly reports and sales forecasts.
- document control.
- introduce and maintain an effective filing system to ensure storing, filing, recording and control of all sales official documents in a timely and organized manner.
- provides a high level of admin assistance to the sales manager and sales team with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- maintains a cooperative working relationship with all other eaton departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
- performs all job functions with adherence to eaton’s philosophy and values.
- interact with customer services for lead times of products related to special projects.
- build quotations based on configurations required by customer & store all quotations in an eaton´s database server for sales availability.
- provide maintenance to database where quotations are being stored.
- follow up of projects with customers for 30 days after proposal was released. After 30 days quote will be revised/delivered again if necessary.
- attend and coordinate post-sales requirements with the corresponding department.
