we are seeking a sales manager (closer) to own the pipeline and consistently close california contracts with quotas based on contracts closed, revenue booked, and guard hours added. This is an individual contributor role — perfect for a proven closer.

### key responsibilities
* manage a california-focused pipeline from qualified lead to signed contract.
* conduct calls, zoom meetings, presentations, and direct negotiations with u.s. executives and property managers.
* prepare tailored proposals and follow-ups to close deals.
* maintain crm accuracy and deliver *weekly pipeline and closing reports.
* work closely with u.s. operations to ensure smooth client onboarding after closing.

### performance expectations
* close 3+ contracts monthly.
* add 250+ billable guard hours monthly.
* generate *\$x in new revenue per quarter.
* provide weekly reports on pipeline health, contracts closed, and revenue won.

### minimum qualifications
* 3+ years of b2b closing experience (u.s. or international).
* documented success meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
* fluent *english communication* (c2 level – professional u.s. business tone).
* crm experience (salesforce, zoho, hubspot, gohighlevel).
* skilled in presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
* must work night shift (u.s. Pacific hours).
