position overview
lead and manage it infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
key responsibilities
* ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
* develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* pmo methodology
o implement and adhere to pmo best practices and standards.
o collaborate with the pmo team to ensure alignment with company-wide project management standards.
o provide regular project updates to stakeholders and the pmo team.
* stakeholder management
o communicate effectively with project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
o resolve any issues and conflicts related to the project.
* risk management
o identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
o monitor and report on the progress of risk mitigation actions.
* resource management
o coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects.
o ensure resource availability and allocation.
* continuous improvement
o evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
o stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in it infrastructure and pmo methodologies.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
* 2 years of experience in it project management, specifically in infrastructure.
* strong knowledge of pmo methodologies and best practices.
* excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
* ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
